Data Deletion Request Policy
At our animal buying and selling marketplace app, we respect user privacy and provide users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data at any time.
What Data Can Be Deleted
Upon request, we will permanently delete:
- User profile information
- Contact details
- Saved addresses
- Chat and communication records
- Uploaded images and listings
- Account activity related to the marketplace
Some information may be retained temporarily if required for:
- Legal obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Dispute resolution
- Security and enforcement purposes
How Users Can Request Data Deletion
Users can request account and data deletion through any of the following methods:
In-App Method
- Open the app
- Go to Profile > Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion request
Email Request
Users may also request deletion by emailing:

Please include:
- Registered mobile number or email address
- Full name linked to the account
Deletion Processing Time
- Requests are processed within 7 business days
- Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered
